Gimlet
Pour all ingredients over ice into a cocktail shaker, shake well and double strain into cocktail glass. Top with Soda Water (optional) and garnish with a Lime wheel.
- 50ml Love Delhi gin
- 30ml Lime Cordial
- 20ml Sugar Syrup
- Top with Soda Water (optional)
- Garnish with Lime wheel
Indian Summer Cocktail
Place freshly chopped mango chunks, 50ml Love Delhi Gin, 20ml Sugar Syrup and juice of half a squeezed Lime into a blender with ice. Whizz until all the ice has been blended. Taste and adjust sweetness with lime juice or sugar syrup. Pour into a Martini glass and garnish with Pomegranate Seeds.
- 1 Fresh Mango
- Half a fresh Lime
- 50ml Love Delhi Gin
- 20ml Sugar Syrup
- Pomegranate seeds to garnish
Pomegranate Fizz
Pour 50ml of Love Delhi Gin and 25ml of Pomegranate & Elderflower Cordial into a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake well and strain into a champagne flute. To finish, top with Prosecco and garnish with Pomegranate seeds.
